I’m passionate about helping people heal.

Jordan Forsyth MSW, LCSW

Hi, I’m Jordan! I’m a licensed therapist specializing in couples therapy in Denver and virtually across Colorado, Utah, and Idaho. I help couples of all kinds navigate communication issues, trust challenges, intimacy struggles, and emotional disconnection—so they can rebuild stronger, more connected relationships.

Something you’ll often hear me say in session is “No one taught you these things.” Most of us come from a family of origin that struggled to talk about emotions or navigate conflict in a healthy way. I’m passion about empowering people with the skills and tools they need to have productive conflict and break unhealthy generational cycles.

I have a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Utah. I also completed training under some of the most incredible and experienced couples therapists in Utah. I also have specific couples training in various therapy modalities but the two that helped create my therapeutic style are the Gottman method and Relational Life Therapy (RLT).

I was born and raised in the beautiful state of Colorado. I’ve been married to my husband/best friend for almost 8 years now. I’m a mom to an adorable kindergartner and two orange cats. In my spare time you will find me reading fantasy novels, crocheting, or hiking all over our gorgeous state. Fun fact -many of the photos on this website were taken by myself or my husband in Rocky Mountain National Park.

My office complete with a comfortable couch and a cozy blanket!
