I’m Jordan Forsyth, LCSW!
I’m a licensed therapist in Denver and virtually across Colorado, Utah, and Idaho.
I know how overwhelming it can be to try to find a therapist who feels like a good fit. I’ve included a lot of information below about me to help you feel out if we may work well together!
Get To Know Me
꩜ My dream of becoming a therapist started in my high school AP Psychology class. I took a brief detour from this dream and was a teacher for a few years before earning my Master’s degree and returning to my passion.
꩜ I’m a high-achieving perfectionist.
꩜ I’m a chaotic flower gardener. Every spring and summer, you’ll find me spending most of my time in the yard anxiously taking care of seeds until they bloom.
꩜ I’m a queer woman who did not come to the conclusion that I was queer until my early twenties.
꩜ I’m a mom to a 1st grader (and 2 orange cats) & I’ve been married to my best friend for over 8 years.
꩜ I’m a pattern recognition nerd, and as such, I love astrology. Pisces sun, Aquarius moon, Aquarius rising for those wanting to know!
꩜ I’m a lifelong Denver Broncos fan!

꩜ Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Utah
꩜ Thousands of hours of supervision at the beginning of my career under expert couples and sex therapists in Utah
꩜ Certified Sex Therapist Candidate at the Sexual Health Alliance (basically a second master’s degree in sex therapy!)
꩜ Gottman Method 1, 2, Affairs, Infidelity, & Trauma Training
꩜ Various other trainings include: Emotion Focused Therapy for Couples, Relational Life Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Out of Control Sexual Behavior training, Religious Trauma, LGBTQ+ focus, and too many others to list here!
