Hi, I’m Jordan! I’m a licensed therapist specializing in couples therapy in Denver and virtually across Colorado, Utah, and Idaho. My life’s work is helping couples heal their relationship and helping people embrace shame-free sexuality.

I’m so passionate about relationship work and sex therapy that I am currently obtaining my sex therapist certification from Sexual Health Alliance.

Something you’ll often hear me say in session is “No one taught you these things.” Most of us come from a family of origin that struggled to talk about emotions or navigate conflict in a healthy way. I’m a therapist who has been to therapy, so you can rest assured that I know what it’s like to be on the other side of the couch and just how empowering therapy can be.

I was born and raised in the beautiful state of Colorado. I’ve been married to my husband/best friend for almost 8 years now. I’m a mom to an adorable kindergartner and two orange cats. In my spare time, you will find me reading fantasy novels, crocheting, or hiking all over our gorgeous state. Fun fact -many of the photos on this website were taken by me or my husband in Rocky Mountain National Park.
