Faith Crisis or Religious Trauma
I know personally how hard it can be to transition out of a faith or religion that has been a significant part of your life. Whether you’re in the midst of a faith crisis or you’re trying to navigate a new path after leaving a religion, I am here to help.
I work with couples navigating a faith transition (or one partner staying and one partner leaving the faith) or I can work with you individually. I work with anyone experiencing religious trauma but have personal and specialized experience working with Mormons & ex-mormons.
We can abandon the shame and explore your identity in a whole new way. You deserve to live as your authentic self!

Everyone’s path is different. I’m supportive of whatever is best for you. Navigating a faith crisis can mean a lot of things and if you feel it is best for you to stay, I can help you navigate what that could look like in a healthy way.

Some people prefer to work with secular or non-religious therapists.
I choose to share that I am a non-religious/secular therapist for that reason.
