  • My rate for individual therapy is $165 per 50-minute session. I am out of network so I don’t take insurance but I am happy to provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance if they offer reimbursement. Sliding scale is available on a case by case basis.

  • I use an eclectic blend of various modalities all based on what works best for your experiences and therapty style. Some of the modalities I use regularly include DBT, CBT, IFS, and psychodynamic.

  • Individual sessions are 50 minutes long.

  • Yes! I am an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist and enjoy working with this population.

  • I do not. I only work with adults at this time.

  • I offer in person counseling at my Federal Heights office and virtual options across Colorado, Utah, & Idaho.
